Ralce is famed for being non-descript. The world is a temperate world in both climate and culture, and moderately prosperous. It is middling in all regards, not a world given to extremes. If anything, the most extreme feature of it's culture its the desire to avoid polemic positions of any kind.
Settled by Crorireson as a result of one of that world's periodic 'expulsions' it was settled by a group intent on 'levelling' society. The world these levellers built is fair, even tempered, just, and famed for being the dullest place in Umbar.
The prime manufacturing output of Ralce is in the field of domestic appliances. These are produced by worker owned co-operatives, to unimaginative designs, in a restricted range of colours, but are, of course, utterly reliable.

The principal risk to travellers here is boredom. There is little to see, either culturally or geographically, and most stays are short. Do not plan to spend much time here unless you are recuperating from serious injury where a lack of excitement and stimulus is important to your recovery process.
